Hey, I’m Alice, a fully qualified massage therapist with a deep-rooted passion for helping others feel balanced, strong, and aligned inside and out.

My journey began in 2012 when I trained at East Surrey Beauty College, graduating with my Level 2 & 3 qualifications in Beauty Therapy and Massage. From there, life led me down the beautiful path of motherhood, raising my two incredible children while continuing to evolve mentally, physically, and spiritually.

More recently, I had the privilege of working alongside the highly respected Cathy Bayston at The Holistic Hub, where I refined and expanded my skills in advanced massage therapy. Under Cathy’s guidance, I trained in deep tissue techniques, wood therapy, and the powerful ancient art of fire cupping.

Now, I’m thrilled to open the doors to my very own private studio in tranquil Horsham, where I offer bespoke treatments designed to support your body, restore your energy, and reconnect you to your inner calm.
